All Wales Digital Services Framework

The Digital and ICT Resource Agreement is intended to aid organisations transition to digital whilst supporting their legacy systems. This has been through the NPS governance process and sign-off to proceed has been provided. The following proposed agreements have not been through the governance process as yet.

  • Welsh Public Sector Compliant Software Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS): a multi Supplier Agreement for software products and services that meet Welsh Language standards, Cyber Essentials accreditation and accessibility standards.
  • Digital and ICT Services Framework: Multi Supplier Framework for the delivery of Digital and ICT services. This agreement will be aimed at larger more complex service provision, with the Supplier bearing greater responsibility and risk in the delivery of services.

We will be leaving the All Wales Digital Services Framework Prior Information Notice (PIN) open in order to maintain communications.

The separate PIN for the Digital and ICT Flexible Resource Agreement can be found here

NPS Structured Cabling Framework

An options appraisal will be submitted to the NPS Delivery Group prior to the February meeting regarding the optional extension period for this framework.
The framework comprises 6 geographical areas:

  • Lot 1 - North East Wales
  • Lot 2 - North West Wales
  • Lot 3 - South East Wales
  • Lot 4 - South West Wales
  • Lot 5 - Mid and West Wales
  • Lot 6 - All Wales

The initial period of the framework ends 31/07/2018. There is an option to extend the framework for further periods (up to 2 years from the end of the initial period).

We welcome the views of customer organisations which will contribute towards the options appraisal. Doopoll surveys have been completed by Welsh public sector organisation representatives, in addition to consultation with the suppliers on the framework.
