Framework updates.

General building materials framework

This framework has been extended for a further 12 months to 5 February 2019. The annual price review is underway with all framework suppliers and revised pricing will appear shortly on Sell2Wales.

Provision of the maintenance and installation of passenger, goods and domestic lifts framework

Important information in relation to the supplier list and contact details for the lifts maintenance framework has been uploaded to Sell2Wales. If your organisation is considering using this framework in the near future, please ensure you have the most up to date supplier information before proceeding with your competition.


Mid & West Wales consortia are running a collaborative mini-competition for lift maintenance and are due to award in April 2018. Any other organisations who wish to carry out similar collaborative mini-competitions, please contact the construction and facilities management category mailbox with their requirements.

Utilities review

The NPS Utilities team is due to begin a review of gas and electricity supply options for April 2019 onwards. All stakeholders have been invited to join a sub-group to work with us on the review.
