Framework updates.

Construction consultancy property

Work continues toward the renewal of the property consultancy framework. The options appraisal is ready for approval and the specification is currently being drafted. If you have an interest in this area, and have not yet provided input into the process, please contact NPSprofessionalservices@gov.wales. We would be very happy to discuss your requirements.

Welsh translation

Work is progressing well for the renewal of the Welsh translation and interpretation framework. The options appraisal was agreed by the Category Forum Group last week, and the outcomes report is available on Sell2Wales. If any customer organisation is interested in becoming an evaluator for the technical questions on the tender, please send an expression of interest to: Karen.roberts3@gov.wales

2 successful supplier awareness events were held on 22 and 25 May, with over 50 suppliers attending. The presentation slides for the event are available on Sell2Wales.

Interested suppliers should register on Sell2Wales to receive the contract notice when it is issued later in June.

Management and delivery of an All-Wales area-based fuel poverty scheme (Arbed 3)

The new Welsh Government scheme for Arbed 3 has been awarded to a joint venture; Arbed am Byth, comprising of Everwarm Ltd and the Energy Saving Trust. The new scheme is in the process of being mobilised and supplier engagement events for sub-contractors to take part in the provision of the scheme will be held shortly. Further information will be available on Sell2Wales in due course.

VAT and financial services consultancy

The closing deadline to submit a bid for this framework has now passed. The framework is due to go live in July 2018, and we will provide an update in our next newsletter.
