Framework updates.

Calling for feedback on the All Wales printing services framework

We have asked suppliers to complete a questionnaire to give us feedback on their experience of the framework. We have also offered suppliers the opportunity to hold face to face review meetings and these are currently being scheduled as requests come in.

We have also produced a questionnaire for customers who have previously engaged with us - either through the Category Forum Group (CFG) or as a user of the agreement. We want to know customer views on the framework and its suitability and performance so far. If you are an organisation that has not used the framework, but would use it if we did something differently, please let us know what that is.

All Wales postal services, courier services and mailroom equipment framework supplier reviews

We are conducting supplier reviews through the month of April. Customers who have comments about supplier performance or who wish to provide input into the reviews, should contact the category mailbox at NPSCorporateServices@gov.wales

Stationery and copier paper annual review meeting outcome report

We have posted an outcome report following the Stationery and copier paper annual review meeting on 21 March.

The meeting covered the annual price review, account managers, electronic ordering, customer feedback, options for Lot 2 Paper Agreement and community benefits.
